Thank you for coming to the Kiso Lacquerware Autumn Festival! /2025

Thank you for coming to the Kiso Lacquerware Autumn Festival!

As always, the autumn Kiso Lacquerware Festival was held in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere in Kiso Hirasawa. Thank you to everyone who came to the event!

😌 A special time to enjoy in the calm autumn

As you know, the Autumn Lacquerware Festival is quite different from the lively and energetic atmosphere of the Great Lacquerware Festival in June. We hope that you were able to take your time choosing lacquerware while strolling through the beautiful streets of this nationally designated Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings (Judenken) , without worrying about the crowds.

The charm of the Autumn Lacquerware Festival lies in this "relaxed time."

Lacquerware polishing experience : Experience the craftsmanship up close and have fun finishing your own lacquerware.

Workshop tour : A glimpse into the artisans' work environment, which is normally not available to the public.

By focusing on these events, you will be able to learn more about the appeal of Kiso lacquerware.

♨️ Highly popular experiences and items!

At our store, the most popular event as always was the " Unmanned! 100 Yen Colorful Utensils Search Hakopon GO "! The smiles of everyone excitedly choosing and searching for colorful utensils were a great encouragement to us.

The Yudofu set is perfect for the chilly season and will warm your heart. The lovely autumn scent that wafts from it when used as a tea incense burner was also very well received, and we believe that you enjoyed the space created by the lacquer and Japanese scent.

📅 Next time, we'll be back in the hot early summer!

Whether you found your favorite item at this year's Autumn Lacquerware Festival or weren't able to attend, we look forward to seeing you all again at the next Kiso Lacquerware Festival and Great Lacquerware Market, scheduled to be held in June 2026 .

Once again, thank you very much for coming!
