How to order

1. Add the product to your cart from the product page, select your shipping address and payment method, and then confirm the details you entered on the order confirmation page and press the "Place Order" button. An order confirmation email (automatic delivery) will be sent to the email address you registered. Please double-check to make sure there are no errors.

*If you are using a free email service such as Gmail or Yahoomail, or if you have set your email settings to reject spam, you may not be able to receive emails from us. (If you do not receive the automatically sent email, please check that it has gone into your spam folder.) In that case, please contact us directly by phone.

2. As we also sell in stores, there may be cases where the product is out of stock depending on the timing of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. We will ship the products as soon as they are ready. Standard shipping costs are 1,000 yen (excluding tax) nationwide, except for some regions. However, it is 1,500 yen (excluding tax) for Hokkaido and Okinawa. If you purchase products totaling 5,000 yen or more, shipping will be free. Common items for all products in the shop

1. The products sold in our shop are unused, but products from our storehouse or for sale may have small scratches or scuffs due to long-term storage. Also, depending on the material and manufacturing method of the product, there may be unevenness in the paint, uneven color, paint pools (especially lacquer paint), rust derived from the material, fine unevenness in products made from natural materials, the appearance of the wood grain, shape, weight, and other individual characteristics.

We try to provide as detailed an explanation of the condition of the product as possible, but please understand that there may be cases where the product may be out of stock. We ask that you accept the product as is (including the packaging).

2. Please note that the color of the actual product may differ slightly from the image.

 

About quality indication

For items in our storehouse that have been stored for a long time and for actual items, it may be difficult to distinguish between lacquer and synthetic resin (plastic) coatings. Due to the nature of the products, it may be difficult to distinguish by appearance or touch.

Therefore, for products where the coating, including whether they are lacquered or not, is unknown, the product name will be indicated as [※Synthetic lacquerware], and furthermore, the coating: indication will be indicated as [※Synthetic resin]. Also, since it can be difficult to distinguish the type of synthetic resin (urethane, phenol, wood powder, ABS, etc.), it will be indicated as synthetic resin. Lacquerware other than for dining use will be indicated with the equivalent product name. Thank you for your understanding.

Price Reduction
