① The products sold in our shop are unused, but products from our storehouse or for sale may have small scratches or scuffs due to long-term storage. We try to provide as detailed an explanation of the condition of the product as possible, but please understand that there may be cases where the product may be out of stock. We ask that you accept the product as is (including the packaging).

About quality indication

For items in our storehouse that have been stored for a long time and for actual items, it may be difficult to distinguish between lacquer and synthetic resin (plastic) coatings. Due to the nature of the products, it may be difficult to distinguish by appearance or touch.

Therefore, for products where the coating is unknown, including whether they are lacquered or not, the product name will be indicated as [※Synthetic lacquerware], and the coating: indication will be indicated as [※Synthetic resin]. Also, since it can be difficult to distinguish between types of synthetic resin (urethane, phenol, wood powder, ABS, etc.), we will indicate them as synthetic resin.
